Membership Benefits
To support the publishing costs of its Open-Access journals, Barw requires authors to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) for each paper published. However, institutions can join our Membership Program, which allows Societies, Universities, and Associations to fully or partially cover the APC, alleviating the individual cost for researchers.
Coverage Options
Total Coverage: No fees are paid by the authors.
Combined Coverage: The publication fee is shared between institutions and authors.

Editing Services Overview
We offer two tiers of professional editing services designed to meet the specific needs of your manuscript: Standard and Premium. Both services are performed by experienced scientific editors, ensuring your manuscript meets the highest language standards.

The Standard Service ensures a polished manuscript by addressing spelling, grammar, terminology, and phrasing, offering a comprehensive language enhancement.
The Premium Service includes all features of the Standard Service, with added benefits such as enhanced proofreading, improved flow assessment, and editor comments for further refinement. Suggestions and remarks are provided using the “Comments” feature in Microsoft Word to ensure clarity and improvement.
Custom Formatting
We provide free custom formatting tailored to the submission requirements of Barw Publications journals. For other target journals, formatting can be arranged upon request.
Word Count and Pricing
To ensure accurate pricing, calculate the word count of your manuscript, excluding references and the bibliography but including figure legends and table headings. Indicate clearly which sections you would like edited using the submission form. Note that all word counts will be verified upon submission.

Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts and figure editing projects can be submitted via the author portal. For manuscript formatting, specify the target journal and provide its guidelines. For figure editing, submit high-resolution figures and details on journal requirements.
